On my side, with out-of-the-box D10 and CKEditor5, I got no such troubles. Issues started with contrib modules and CKEditor4 to 5 upgrade. I have not tested this "upgrade path" since last year though when I wrote the article. But I use D10 out-of-the-box on a daily basics for contributions and tests, and did not had such troubles.
